Booking your perfect getaway with me

1. Get in touch

Use the enquiry form to let me what sort of holiday you have in mind.

2. Searching

Using the details provided, I’ll search 200+ suppliers to find you some fantastic options.

Aiming to respond within 48 hours, I’ll let you know if I need any other details.

3. “That one!”

From the options, we’ll build the perfect getaway. You can expect honest advice and personal recommendations along the way.

Need something tweaked? Don’t be afraid to ask!

4. Booking

Once you’ve had a read over the details, payment schedule and agreed to booking conditions, I’ll take a deposit and go ahead and book.

All payments are held in a PTS account, a fund that is only used for your holiday, so you know the money is safe.

5. Enjoy

II’ll keep you updated and provide the relevant travel documents before you set off on your holiday.

At this point, enjoy it – knowing if you need help, just drop me a message!

6. Feedback

When you’re back home, I’ll be in touch a few days later to find out how it went and take any feedback.

This helps me improve recommendations for you and other travellers.

Some important notes:

  • I’m an independent agent of the JLT Group, PTS 6090
  • All bookings with me are protected by PTS
  • Depending on the holiday type, you may be covered by ATOL (packages including flights) – I’ll let you know during the booking process
  • Many suppliers require you have adequate travel insurance – PTS and ATOL do not provide personal cover, so always check you are protected
  • You must have a valid passport at the time of booking if traveling outside the UK or on any UK-based cruises
