How using a Travel Agent works and why you should!

Before becoming a Travel Agent ... I must confess I never used one until I got some vouchers that had to be used with a travel agent. It opened my eyes to how much easier it is to book with someone who's passionate and knowledgeable not just trusting the AI or spending hours on the web trying to piece it all together ... let me do that bit for you!

HOW IT WORKS

Use the enquiry form to let me what sort of holiday you have in mind.

Not sure what you’re after? No problem! Just pop in your contact details and I'll be in touch.

2. Searching

Using the details provided, I’ll search 200+ suppliers to find you some fantastic options.

Aiming to respond within 48 hours, I’ll let you know if I need any other details.

From the options, we’ll build the perfect getaway. You can expect honest advice and personal recommendations along the way.

Need something tweaked? Don’t be afraid to ask!

4. Booking time

Once you’ve had a read over the details, payment schedule and agreed to booking conditions, I’ll take a deposit and go ahead and book.

All payments are held in a PTS account, a fund that is only used for your holiday, so you know the money is safe.

5. Enjoy

I’ll keep you updated and provide the relevant travel documents before you set off on your holiday.

At this point, enjoy it – knowing if you need help, just drop me a message!

When you’re back home, I’ll be in touch a few days later to find out how it went and take any feedback.

This helps me improve recommendations for you and other travellers.

All payments you make to me go automatically into the PTS Trust account for your holiday, protecting those funds for their intended purposes

As an independent agent of the JLT Group, bookings through me are PTS protected and flight packages have ATOL protection – giving you additional peace of mind.

Other things to note:

Depending on the holiday type, you may be covered by ATOL (packages including flights) – I’ll let you know during the booking process
PTS and ATOL do not provide personal cover, you must be covered with adequate Travel Insurance, so always check you are protected. Some suppliers will deny service if you do not have insurance.
You must have valid Visas to enter many countries, during the booking process we will discuss this but you are solely responsible for obtaining the correct visa.
You must have a valid passport at the time of booking if traveling outside the UK or on any UK-based cruises. During the booking process I'll ask for copies of your passports, this is to ensure the correct information is provided to the supplier, if you loose or damage your passport between booking and your trip you must let me know.
